What You'll Learn & Do

• Develop AI Frameworks: Build the evaluation criteria and measurement systems that determine whether our AI's campaign recommendations meet expert-level standards
• Prompt Engineering: Design the instructional frameworks that direct our AI to generate relevant, compliant ad copy and campaign structures at scale
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Contribute directly to our product roadmap by bridging deep paid search expertise with AI capability
• Advanced Optimization: Use the Parallel AI agent to rapidly prototype creative variations across audience segments and identify what performs

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years in paid search or performance marketing, managing $500K+/month in ad spend
• Deep expertise in paid media advertising across Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max
• Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics platforms to build data-informed marketing strategies
• Ability to create and execute campaigns independently while collaborating across remote teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI or automation tools applied to paid search operations
• B2B SaaS or startup experience
• Team leadership or mentoring experience
• Scripting or automation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
