What You'll Learn & Do
- Architect Automated Growth: Partner directly with the Parallel AI agent to deploy and optimize complex search, shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
- Bridge the Gap: Identify bottlenecks in traditional media buying workflows and design automated systemic solutions using our AI tools
- Evaluate & Refine: Evaluate AI recommendations against your expert judgment and build training datasets from real campaign decisions
- Data Translation: Leverage GA4 and custom dashboards to analyze attribution models, feeding refined data signals back to the AI for optimization
What You'll Bring
- 3–6 years managing paid search campaigns with monthly budgets of $100K+
- Strong background in digital marketing strategy, keyword research, and paid media advertising
- Proficiency with web analytics (GA4) to analyze performance and inform data-driven decisions
- Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team
Nice to Have
- Agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Data querying skills
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in paid search operations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
