What You'll Learn & Do

• Be the Human-in-the-Loop: Review and score the campaign structures and bid optimizations our AI generates, helping it get smarter with every cycle
• Build the Brain: Turn real search query reports and performance data into the training examples our AI learns from
• Red Team the AI: Test the agent's limits to make sure it respects budget caps and brand safety rules before anything goes live
• Drive Strategy: Document what good optimization looks like and feed that expertise back into how our AI thinks about Google Ads

What You'll Bring

• 1–4 years managing paid search campaigns, ideally across Google Ads
• Solid grasp of keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management
• Comfort with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4) to measure and improve campaign performance
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting

Nice to Have

• Google Ads certification
• Experience with Performance Max or automated bidding strategies
• Familiarity with AI tools and how they can apply to paid media workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
